Hi! I’m Kristen Elizabeth.

A Mindset & Breakthrough Coach for Driven Christian Women Entrepreneurs.

 

I’m a former Army Officer, MBA, and PhD Candidate in Psychology + Theology, with advanced credentials from Harvard and MIT. I’ve closed $4M+ in coaching contracts, personally coached over 800 women, and built two successful businesses from the ground up.

I’ve spent much of my life in worlds that reward discipline, performance, and achievement. I understand how natural it is to measure progress—and how easily those measurements can begin shaping how you see yourself, your future, and even your walk with God.

My work brings psychology and theology together to help driven women understand what is happening beneath the surface and bring it back under the truth of Scripture.

I call the woman who emerges through this work The Surrendered Achiever: still ambitious, disciplined, excellent, and building big things—while learning to let God carry what belongs to Him and faithfully steward what He has placed in her hands.
