After serving as an Army officer, building a seven-figure fitness company, and coaching more than 1,800 women over 15+ years, I now help growth-minded Christian women renew the beliefs beneath the pressure, recognize what God is asking of them, and move forward boldly, rooted in Christ.
My work is shaped by an MBA, advanced studies through Harvard and MIT in neuroscience and communication, and doctoral work integrating psychology and theology.
