For nearly two decades, I’ve coached women in identity—first through fitness and personal transformation, and now at the intersection of faith, psychology, success, and the beliefs shaping how a woman experiences her life.

After coaching more than 1,800 women and building a seven-figure coaching company, I became increasingly interested in something deeper:

You can deeply love God, know biblical truth, and still live as though everything depends on you.

You see it when revenue changes your peace. When you need certainty before making a decision. When your mind keeps carrying the business after the laptop closes. When achieving more still doesn’t create the security you thought it would.

That is the work I do now.

My approach is grounded in both biblical truth and rigorous study of human behavior and transformation. I hold an MBA, have completed advanced studies through Harvard and MIT, and am currently purusing my PhD in Psychology and Theology—deepening my work at the intersection of belief, identity, behavior, and faith.

We compare that belief with what Scripture says about God’s love, sovereignty, provision, and who you are in Christ—then replace what is not true with what is.
