For years, I felt like I was never doing enough. I scanned every day for where I was missing the mark. No matter what I accomplished, I never felt like enough. I felt unlovable. I was afraid of rejection, so I held back—in how much I put myself out there and in how close I let people get.

I was exhausted, all the time. I kept pushing to do more, staying up all night to finish one more thing. I didn't feel loved. I didn't feel accepted. I felt like no one cared.

Today, I'm a former Army Officer, hold an MBA, and a PhD candidate in Psychology and Theology, with advanced credentials from Harvard and MIT. I've closed $4M+ in coaching contracts, personally coached over 800 women, and built two successful businesses from the ground up.

I've spent much of my life in worlds that reward discipline, performance, and achievement. I know how natural it is to measure your progress—and how easily those measurements start shaping how you see yourself, your future, and even your walk with God.

My work brings psychology and theology together to help driven women understand what's happening beneath the surface and bring it back under the truth of Scripture.

I call the woman who emerges through this work The Surrendered Achiever: still ambitious, disciplined, excellent, and building big things—while learning to let God carry what belongs to Him and faithfully stewarding what He's placed in her hands.
