Hi! I’m Kristen Elizabeth.

A Mindset & Breakthrough Coach for High-Achieving Christian Women.

 

 

I’m a former Army Officer, hold an MBA, and PhD Candidate in Psychology + Theology, with advanced credentials from Harvard and MIT in Neuroscience and Communication.

I’ve built two businesses, coached more than 800 women, and spent years leading, teaching, building, and studying what shapes the way people think and live.

But beneath all of it is what I believe God has called me to spend my life doing:

Helping women renew their minds in Christ and take up their real identity in Him.

Because when a woman knows who she is and her mind is anchored in truth, she can go after big things without losing her peace. Make hard decisions with confidence. Enjoy what God has given her now.
